Terms of Service

By booking a service with Cleaning Leader Services LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) in Elyria, OH, you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully—if you do not agree, please do not book our services.

1. Booking & Confirmation

Online bookings are requests only. We will confirm your appointment via email or phone.

Deposit requirements:

Standard cleanings: $70 non-refundable deposit, applied to final bill

Move-in/move-out & deep cleanings: 50% non-refundable deposit

A pre-authorization (hold) will be placed 24 hours before service; final charges will apply after completion.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

24-hour notice required. Cancellations or reschedules made fewer than 24 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit as a cancellation fee.

Reschedule policy: You may reschedule up to 4 times with proper notice; further changes may result in deposit forfeiture.

3. Cleaning Crew & Safety

Assignments typically involve one cleaner; larger jobs may require multiple.

All personnel undergo background checks and are professionally certified (ARCSI & IICRC).

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe conditions, unsanitary environments, or threats to staff. In these cases, the cancellation policy applies.

4. On-Service Guidelines

Home preparation: Please clear clutter—floors, counters, and tables—to allow efficient cleaning.

If tidying is required before cleaning, additional fees may apply.

Parking: Provide accessible free parking. If unavailable, parking fees may apply or the service may be canceled with deposit forfeiture.

5. Add-On Services & Satisfaction Guarantee

Add-on services (e.g., fridge cleaning, oven interior, interior windows) incur additional charges.

All sales are final. Report any concerns within 24 hours and we’ll re-service the area at no charge.

6. Recurring Service & Discounts

Recurring clients receive:

15% off bi‑weekly cleanings

20% off weekly cleanings

Discounts begin on the second visit. Skipping appointments may impact future pricing or availability.

7. Rate Increases & Pricing Transparency

We provide upfront flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees.

We reserve the right to adjust rates as needed; the most current pricing will always be listed on our booking platform.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

Clients must notify us of any fragile, valuable, or delicate items. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or faulty surfaces.

Our liability is limited to the cost of service rendered, not to exceed $500.

We are not liable for indirect losses such as discomfort, time, or consequential damages.

9. Payment Terms

Full payment is due upon completion of service.

Deposits are non-refundable but are credited to your final invoice.

Outstanding invoices must be paid within 7 days.

10. Intellectual Property & Privacy

Website content, including images, branding, and written materials, belongs to Cleaning Leader Services LLC.

11. Modifications & Updates

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

Disputes will first seek informal resolution; unresolved matters will be handled through Elyria small claims or civil court.
