Description

Cleaning Leader Services is a locally owned commercial cleaning company based in Elyria, Ohio.

We take care of churches, Christian schools, offices and community buildings across Lorain County and the west side of Cleveland.

We're growing, and we're looking for dependable people who take pride in a job done right. You don't need experience — we train you step by step with our own cleaning procedures.

This is a part-time employee position, not a contractor gig. You'll be on our payroll, covered by our workers' compensation insurance, and paid every two weeks.

Paid Training

No experience needed. We train you on the job, with written procedures and a supervisor.

Steady Buildings

The same buildings every week, not a different house every day. You get to know the place and the people.

Fair Pay That Grows

$14/hour to start, with raises as you complete training and grow with our team. Paid every two weeks.

Everything Provided

You're our employee, covered by workers' compensation. We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

✓ 18 years or older

✓ Legally authorized to work in the United States

✓ Reliable transportation (you'll visit more than one building)

✓ Willing to pass a background check — we pay for it. Many of our buildings serve children.

✓ Dependable: you show up on time and let us know ahead if something comes up

✓ Attention to detail

✓ English or Spanish — both are welcome on our team

What You'll Do

- Clean and restock restrooms (paper, soap, trash)

- Disinfect high-touch points: door handles, light switches, railings, faucets

- Dust, wipe and vacuum classrooms, offices and sanctuaries

- Mop floors and empty trash and recycling

- Follow a checklist and let your supervisor know about anything broken or unusual

Most shifts are in the evening (after 5 PM) and on weekends, 2 to 4 hours per visit — easy to fit around another job or family.
